Medical Services

The Conejo Free Clinic is a not for profit organization serving the Conejo Valley and Ventura County with medical services for those who have no other access to care. The Clinic is staffed by volunteers. Medical Services are provided weekly by appointment and according to the availability of volunteer physicians and medical staff. Some services book up quickly and there may be a wait. We will try to get you in as soon as possible.

The Clinics offered are:

Family Practice Clinics
These services include general practice medical problems including minor infections (viral, urinary, etc.), school and limited work exams, sexually transmitted diseases, and brief consultations for other medical problems. Lab tests can be performed, at cost, on our doctor's orders. Lab test requests from other facilities or physicians cannot be done. A $10 donation for office visit is requested and lab tests are done at cost.

Women's Clinics
Services cover PAP tests (ThinPrep tests are now available), breast exams, birth control, hormone replacement therapy, vaginal infections, and sexually transmitted diseases. A donation of $10 for the office visit is requested and lab tests are at cost. Birth control pills are available at $5.00 per packet. These can be given only if prescribed through our clinic. The ThinPrep PAP test is $30 (including the office visit) and the regular PAP test is $20 (including the office visit). Other lab work can be done at cost. Low cost mammogram referrals are also available to our patients.
